\n\u2022\tCoordinate with die maintenance and customer design teams
\n\u2022\tConfirm that customer specifications are within the Client\u2019s production capabilities and all Engineering areas involved are aligned
\n\u2022\tEnsure that results from scans and simulation align with current production results and parameters
\n\u2022\tReduce scrap costs by conducting comparative studies and running die simulations
\n\u2022\tCreate 3D scans using specialized tooling
\n\u2022\tEvaluate appropriate countermeasures based on company standards<\/p>\n
\n\u2022\tStrongly prefer experience with JSTAMP or AutoForm simulation software
\n\u2022\tMUST have a Bachelor\u2019s Degree in an Engineering discipline, preferably Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or similar
\n\u2022\tExperience with 3D\/CAE\/FEA software
\n\u2022\tPrefer automotive manufacturing industry experience
\n\u2022\tExcellent communication skills for information exchange with internal personnel as well as external customers<\/p>\n
