Patent Law Firm is seeking qualified applicant for an IP docketing specialist position.
\nSuccessful candidates will be responsible for maintaining Patricia docketing and calendar case deadlines as well as performing administrative tasks. <\/p>\n
Responsibilities:
\n\u2022\tReview correspondence and entering case details and due dates into the Patricia docketing database;
\n\u2022\tManage the Patricia docketing system;
\n\u2022\tMaintain calendars and dockets;
\n\u2022\tConduct quality control checks of all docketing requests;
\n\u2022\tEstablish, maintain, and manage internal files;
\n\u2022\tFunction as liaison between attorneys and legal assistants;
\n\u2022\tPerform other duties as assigned.<\/p>\n
Qualifications:
\n\u2022\tMinimum 3+ years experience with Patricia docketing system;
\n\u2022\tSuperior computer and organizational skills;
\n\u2022\tExcellent oral and written communication skills;
\n\u2022\tAbility to maintain professional interpersonal relationships with colleagues;
\n\u2022\tFlexibility and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment;
\n\u2022\tStrong attention to details;
\n\u2022\tSelf-motivating; and
