Responsibilities for Quality Supervisor:<\/p>\n
Assists the Quality Assurance manager in developing and maintaining the ISO9001 procedures and work instructions.
\nInvestigate root cause of consumer complaint and provide direction to the plant to address process and communicate with customers to improve Quality issues.
\nManage, train, coach and mentor all subordinates in QA Department.
\nInterfaces with other departments and the internal trainer to develop and implement training programs as required.
\nCommunicate quality issues and out of specifications conditions to appropriate personnel and with shift leaders.
\nWork closely with Production Supervision, Quality, and Engineering to ensure adequacy and appropriateness of inspection parameters, product specifications and test methods.
\nAssist the quality assurance manager in maintaining the Quality Control room and the distribution of all measuring equipment as well as calibration requirements.
\nMaintains time and production records.
\nOther duties are assigned as required.<\/p>\n
Requirements for Quality Supervisor:<\/p>\n
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical \/ Electrical Engineering preferred
\nAt least 3 years of Quality experience in manufacturing industry
\nPossess strong interpersonal and organizational skills
\nExcellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
\nAbility to read mechanical blueprints and electrical schematics
\nExperience with ISO 9001
\nMust be able to travel up to 25% of the time domestically or internationally
\nMust have a valid Driver\u2019s License
\nWhile performing the duties of this job you may be required to intermittently sit, stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds, lift in excess of 25 pounds with a lift assist, climb stairs, use hands to handle or feel parts\/equipment, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend at the waist, talk and hear.
