An International freight forwarding company located in Montreal QC is seeking a French\/English Bilingual Account Representative.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Targets and develops new accounts within the assigned territory and retain and grow existing accounts.
\nEstablishes, builds, and develops strong relationships with decision makers.
\nGathers detailed information about accounts, understands strategic business challenges and priorities, analyzes information and prioritizes opportunities critical to the account.
\nApplies appropriate sales techniques to create new business opportunities and expand current revenue streams and achieve assigned financial goals for volume, revenue and profit.
\nDevelops actionable plans to prepare and present proposals for new business, extensions, enhancements, increasing business within each account and overcoming objections to closure.
\nEnsures the highest level of service by collaborating with operations in identifying and resolving problems and leveraging industry expertise and account management experience.
\nWork with Finance & Accounting to help collect on delinquent accounts.<\/p>\n
Requirements:<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s Degree and\/or at least three years of B2B sales experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
\nMinimum three years\u2019 experience in international freight forwarding demonstrating understanding of logistics processes, systems and solutions.
