A Global Trading Company located in the Seattle WA area is searching for Japanese\/English Accounting Assistant Manager<\/p>\n
Responsibilities as Japanese\/English Accounting Assistant Manager<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure.
\n\u00b7 Monitor all entries into the system to make sure accurate financial statements will be generated.
\n\u00b7 Participate in annual audit. (provide requested documents to auditor in timely manner)
\n\u00b7 Making sure daily payment checks are issued and mailed without error.
\n\u00b7 Resolve vendor inquiries.
\n\u00b7 Ensure month-end closing process is complete in timely manner.
\n\u00b7 Monitor monthly accrued expenses for all Departments.
\n\u00b7 Monitor customer credit limit and A\/R balance to ensure timely payments.<\/p>\n
Requirements for Japanese\/English Accounting Assistant Manager
\n\u00b7 MUST be able to speak and understand business level of Japanese and English
\n\u00b7 Some Accounting Experience is a big plus (AP\/AR)
\n\u00b7 Strong knowledge and experience of manufacturing processes and procedures is preferred
\n\u00b7 Good Communication skills (Speaking\/Writing\/Reading)<\/p>\n
