An International General Constructor in the Warner Robins, GA area is looking for a Project Superintendent. <\/p>\n
RESPONSIBILITIES OF Project Superintendent
\n\u2022\tLeading and managing on-site machine installation teams
\n\u2022\tCoordinate and oversee all on-site work
\n\u2022\tEnsure the project deadlines are met
\n\u2022\tExamine the drawings, specifications, and addenda for design deficiencies, and possible code violations
\n\u2022\tBudgeting and Monthly Rolling Forecast & Analysis
\n\u2022\tSubmit reports (progress, QA \/ QC inspection, Safety Audit) to the management team to help track schedules, costs, issues, and change orders
\n\u2022\tOther job duties are assigned as required<\/p>\n
QUALIFICATIONS OF Project Superintendent
\n\u2022\t3 year or more Project Superintendent experience to implement machine installation
\n\u2022\tIs able to read AutoCAD and Blueprints
\n\u2022\tAbility to read, analyze, and interpret plans, building codes, specifications, and regulations
\n\u2022\tExcellent communications skills (Speaking, Reading, Writing)
\n\u2022\tAdvanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite
\n\u2022\tOSAH Knowledge
\n\u2022\tWhile performing the duties of this job you may be required to intermittently sit, stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds, lift in excess of 25 pounds with a lift assist, climb stairs, use hands to handle or feel parts\/equipment, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend at the waist, talk and hear.
