Inside Sales \/ Office Administration Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Maintain accurate customer records<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Process customer orders from order entry to invoicing and shipping<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Processing of incoming supplier invoices<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Receive incoming phone and emails in response to clients’ inquiries<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Follow up clients for the feedback on the product and service<\/p>\n
Inside Sales \/ Office Administration Requirements:<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Strong interpersonal skill is required<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Strong verbal and written communication skill<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Proficient in MS office<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Minimum 1-year experience with general office equipment such as phones, fax, PC, scanner and printer<\/p>\n
