{"id":32975,"date":"2020-07-02T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2020-07-02T07:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/activ8.heteml.net\/job\/entry-level-process-engineer-mi-jw-25892\/"},"modified":"2020-07-02T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2020-07-02T07:00:00","slug":"entry-level-process-engineer-mi-jw-25892","status":"publish","type":"job","link":"https:\/\/activ8.ckmsol.com\/?job=entry-level-process-engineer-mi-jw-25892","title":{"rendered":"Entry-Level Process Engineer (MI\/JW\/25892)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>We are searching for a <strong>Process Engineer<\/strong> for an international manufacturing company in the Battle Creek, Michigan area. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Process Engineer Responsibilities:<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022\tDesign and development of prototype casting molds<br \/>\n\u2022\tResearch, planning, and implementation of improved manufacturing processes and programs<br \/>\n\u2022\tManage cost\/budget of process changes<br \/>\n\u2022\tPerform process simulation and risk assessments<br \/>\n\u2022\tProduct issue forecasting and documentation<br \/>\n\u2022\tReporting of issues to upper management<br \/>\n\u2022\tAssist in training of production associates<br \/>\n\u2022\tOther duties as assigned<\/p>\n<p><strong>Casting Engineer Requirements:<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022\tBachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field<br \/>\n\u2022\tMinimum 1-3 years\u2019 work experience in automotive and\/or manufacturing field<br \/>\n\u2022\tFluent communication in written and spoken English<br \/>\n\u2022\tFamiliarity with industrial machinery<br \/>\n\u2022\tStrong problem-solving ability and willingness to collaborate with other colleagues and departments<\/p>\n<p>This position includes manufacturing and warehousing work environment. While performing the duties of this job you may be required to intermittently sit, stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds, lift in excess of 25 pounds with a lift assist, climb stairs, use hands to handle or feel parts\/equipment, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend at the waist, talk and hear.
