A global manufacturing company is looking for an experienced Japanese Bilingual Operation Coordinator to support their Production Department.<\/p>\n
Operation Coordinator Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
– Coordinate with inventory and various departments to develop production schedules based on needs<\/p>\n
– Meet with production supervisors to develop worker schedules and determine manpower needs<\/p>\n
– Report productivity to management and resolve any discrepancies<\/p>\n
– Report inventory needs to Purchasing department to ensure no lost time<\/p>\n
– Periodically evaluate need for preventative maintenance and plan with maintenance department<\/p>\n
– Perform other tasks as assigned<\/p>\n
Operation Coordinator Requirements:<\/p>\n
– Minimum of high school diploma<\/p>\n
– At least 5 years of experience in production, need some management experience (lead or manager)<\/p>\n
– Experience with automotive a HUGE plus<\/p>\n
– Japanese language skills required<\/p>\n
– Demonstrated ability to coordinate with various departments and report productivity<\/p>\n
– Must have excellent communication skills<\/p>\n
– Must be able to work responsibly, effectively, and independently when needed<\/p>\n
– Teamwork skills are a MUST!<\/p>\n
– Must be flexible and be able to work under a multicultural environment<\/p>\n
