An International Manufacturer of Industrial components is searching for Entry Level Project \/ Customer to help lead their sales team in Louisville, KY facility.<\/p>\n
Job Responsibilities of Entry Level Project \/ Customer – Industrial Manufacturing:<\/p>\n
Maintain the relationship with existing clients
\nVisit clients to develop and strengthen customer accounts in the Automotive Industry, ensuring customer satisfaction and service.
\nManage the project by being a liaison between customers and engineers
\nSupport and manage new and existing customer base through inventory control, handling of customer inquiries, customer complaints and other miscellaneous day-to-day business support functions.
\nOther duties as assigned
\nRequirements of Entry Level Project \/ Customer Manager – Industrial Manufacturing:<\/p>\n
Must have Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field
\nEntry-level is eligible
\nCustomer Service experience is plus
\nAbility to work with a variety of functional groups at all levels of the organization
\nExcellent communication skills to include interpersonal, presentation, and written
\nAdvanced level of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
\nMust be flexible and able to work in a multicultural environment responsibly and effectively
\nTeam Worker, Punctual, Time-sensitive, Responsible, Detail-oriented, Self-motivated<\/p>\n
