Entry Level Translator – Japanese & English<\/strong><\/p>\n

An automotive parts manufacturing company in the Bowling Green, KY area is searching for an entry level Translator who is bilingual in Japanese and English.<\/p>\n

Responsibilities of Entry Level Translator – Japanese & English<\/strong>
\n-Take part in Translator training to learn effective communication between English and Japanese in a manufacturing setting
\n-Assist with translation of Japanese or English languages in business meetings and other communication between employees
\n-Assist in general administrative tasks such as: answering and transferring calls, documentation filing, meeting room arrangements, etc.
\n-Other duties assigned.<\/p>\n

Requirements for Entry Level Translator – Japanese & English<\/strong>
\n-Must be bilingual in Japanese and English
\n-No experience needed, just a willingness to learn!
\n-Full time or part time availability is acceptable
\n-Must be proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
\n-Must be flexible and able to work responsibly and effectively in a multicultural environment

While performing the duties of this job you may be required to intermittently sit, stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds, climb stairs, use hands to handle or feel parts\/equipment, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend at the waist, talk and hear. You may also be required to use close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and peripheral vision.<\/p>\n

This position is sometimes required to work in a manufacturing environment facility. When in the plant, the worker is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud. Hard hats, steel toe safety shoes, and safety glasses are required in all production areas.<\/p>\n
