\n-Oversee the programming, troubleshooting, and repairing of all press machinery and automated systems controlling the presses
\n-Assist with all programming of PLCs and any maintenance on the PLCs as well
\n-Schedule tasks for direct employees underneath, adjust as needed
\n-Participate in interviewing, hiring, orientation, discipline, and termination of team members
\n-Assist in other production areas as needed<\/p>\n
\n-Strong experience with programming, editing, and troubleshooting PLCs
\n-Be able to program, diagnose, and troubleshoot issues with robotics as well
\n-Minimum 5 years’ experience supervising or managing a heavy manufacturing environment.
\n-Strong knowledge of AC and DC motors
\n-Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics

\nThis position includes manufacturing and warehousing work environment. While performing the duties of this job you may be required to intermittently sit, stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds, lift in excess of 25 pounds with a lift assist, climb stairs, use hands to handle or feel parts\/equipment, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend at the waist, talk and hear. You may also be required to use close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and peripheral vision.<\/p>\n
