\n– Must have minimum of Mechanical\/Industrial Engineering degree (Bachelor\u2019s)
\n– Some direct experience with process improvement (line layouts and cycles) is extremely helpful
\n– Experience with design work with production equipment (fixtures) is needed
\n– Interest in Kaizen activities\/improvement is desirable
\n– Must have excellent communication skills
\n– Must be able to work responsibly and effectively
\n– Must be flexible and be able to work under a multicultural environment<\/p>\n
\n– Lead and participate in Kaizen activities (improvement to processes for worker\u2019s benefit)
\n– Approach fixture design for existing machinery from standpoint of improving worker\u2019s efficiency\/comfort\/accessibility
\n– Review and analyze production data (time studies, quality data, etc.)
\n– Communicate expectations and improvement suggestions within the company in an effort to improve worker production
\n– Support teambuilding efforts
\n– Complete other tasks as requested<\/p>\n
