\n– Minimum of high school degree, prefer Associate\u2019s or Bachelor\u2019s degree
\n– At least 5 years of experience in quality, minimum 3 years of experience in quality supervision
\n– Ability to supervise quality inspectors and other various hourly quality department employees
\n– Must have excellent communication skills
\n– Must be able to work responsibly, effectively, and independently when needed
\n– Teamwork skills are a MUST!
\n– Must be flexible and be able to work under a multicultural environment<\/p>\n
\n– Directly supervise quality department employees
\n– Communicate with production department to address quality issues
\n– Convey information to higher management and, if requested, directly to customers regarding issues and\/or resolutions
\n– Report findings in meetings and answer questions in regards to steps taken to resolve issues
\n– Perform other tasks as assigned<\/p>\n
