Technical Service Engineer Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\u2022\tCoordinate with customers on research and development of product
\n\u2022\tExpand a filing system that keeps all active sales files available digitally
\n\u2022\tManage sales process by understanding prospective customers\u2019 needs and educating them about the company\u2019s services.
\n\u2022\tCommunicate with all current and potential customers on a regular basis, providing solutions as needed.
\n\u2022\tWrite instruction manuals and procedures for new product<\/p>\n
Technical Service Engineer Requirements:\u3000
\n\u2022\tA minimum of 2 years of experience in the Chemical industry or a Bachelor\u2019s degree in Chemical Engineering
\n\u2022\tAbility to effectively listen and communicate both verbally and in writing
\n\u2022\tStrong Communication Skills
\n\u2022\tAble to travel on short notice both domestic and regionally<\/p>\n

This position includes working in a manufacturing and\/or warehousing work environment.
