\n-Provide technical support for manufacturing floor, configuring and troubleshooting networks, software, and hardware
\n-Maintain and upgrade all IT infrastructure to accomplish efficient business communication, such as e-mail, VPN, Wi-Fi connections, WAN\/LAN issues, etc.
\n-Set up and troubleshoot programs for Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) purposes
\n-Other duties as assigned<\/p>\n
\n-Associate’s Degree preferred
\n-Preferably 5 years\u2019 experience of IT related field
\n-Good skills with solving network, hardware, or software issues
\n-Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) experience preferred but not required
\n-PLEX experience preferred
\n-Recommended knowledge of programs for manufacturing equipment or controls such as CNC machinery, PLCs, etc.<\/p>\n
\nThis position is required to work in a manufacturing environment facility. When in the plant, the worker is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud. Hard hats, steel toe safety shoes, and safety glasses are required in all production areas.<\/p>\n
