While performing the duties of this job you may be required to intermittently sit, stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds, lift in excess of 25 pounds with a lift assist, climb stairs, use hands to handle or feel parts\/equipment, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend at the waist, talk and hear. \n-Oversee the activities and schedules of assembly line workers to complete assembly of commercial vehicles
\n-Call appropriate maintenance team if machine breaks down
\n-Report on amount of downtime to upper management
\n-Communicate with customers to update on assembly progress
\n-Converse with team members on regular basis for team building and development
\n-Other duties as assigned<\/p>\n
\n-MUST BE at least business-level proficient in Korean and English
\n-Prior experience working on assembly lines in automotive parts manufacturing
\n-Excellent communication skills (Speak\/Read\/Write), team oriented skills
\n-Proficiency in MS Word\/Excel\/PowerPoint and ERP systems
\n-Ability to multitask
