\nLocation: Pasadena, TX
\nIndustry: Chemical

— Requirements for this Process Engineer \/ Chemical Engineer Position—
\n– Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry
\n– Knowledge of ISO 9001 and Six Sigma
\n– Familiarity with safety standards such as OSHA and PSM<\/p>\n
— Responsibilities for this Process Engineer \/ Chemical Engineer —
\n– Test product quality & Monitor processes and Evaluate them
\n– Analyze and Prepare technical reports
\n– Improve cost efficiency and optimize operations within facility
\n– Perform machine set-up, operation, troubleshoot, maintenance, and make necessary adjustments
\n– Other duties are assigned as needed<\/p>\n
While performing the duties of this job you may be required to intermittently sit, stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds, lift in excess of 25 pounds with a lift assist, climb stairs, use hands to handle or feel parts\/equipment, reach with hands
\nThis position is required to work in a manufacturing environment facility. When in the plant, the worker is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud. Hard hats, steel toe safety shoes, and safety glasses are required in all production areas.<\/p>\n
