Position: Air Import Coordinator (Freight forwarder)<\/p>\n

Responsibilities of Air ImportCoordinator (Freight forwarder) :<\/p>\n
-Coordinate pick up, delivery, and arrange daily shipments from overseas
\n-Handle current and outstanding invoices
\n-Monitor and handle claims such as damage and missing shipments
\n– Communicate with Airlines, Trucking Company to arrange timely pick up and delivery of the freight
\n– Work closely with Customs Brokerage team and update customers with customs clearance status
\n– Obtain POD and freight charges from Trucking company, enter the delivery status in the system and issue invoices
\n– Provide rate quotes to customers\/overseas agents<\/p>\n
Requirements for Air Import(Freight forwarder) :<\/p>\n
– High School Diploma or higher
\n– Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
\n– Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and work well with others
\n– Experience with 3 years of Air Importexperience preferred<\/p>\n
Helpful: Former training in Dangerous Good (DG), Experience with Cargowise<\/p>\n
Work environment will include warehouses and offices. Thus, while performing the duties of this job you may be required to intermittently sit, stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds, lift in excess of 25 pounds with a lift assist, climb stairs, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend at the waist, talk and hear. You may also be required to use close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and peripheral vision.<\/p>\n
