Air (or Ocean) Import\/Export Agent Responsibilities and Duties:\u3000
\n\u2022\tManage and control inventory status
\n\u2022\tCreate Quotation and Invoice
\n\u2022\tHandling shipping and tracking
\n\u2022\tTake care of customer issue
\n\u2022\tPerform other duties as assigned
\n\u2022\tPerform other duties as assigned<\/p>\n
Air (or Ocean) Import\/Export Agent Requirements:

\n\u2022\tExcellent communication skills (ability to communicate clearly and concisely)
\n\u2022\tProficiency with Microsoft (Word and Excel)
\n\u2022\tTime management and multitasking skills
\n\u2022\tPhone contact handling skills and active listening skills
\n\u2022\tJapanese cultural or Japanese conversational language experience a big plus<\/p>\n
