Responsibilities and Duties\u3000
\n\u2022\tHelp company to expand a filing system that keeps all active sales files available digitally
\n\u2022\tOrganize Documents
\n\u2022\tPrepare for Shipping (Packing Slip)
\n\u2022\tRecord customer feedback and other information
\n\u2022\tHandle arrived items and stock check
\n\u2022\tCreate Quotation and Invoice
\n\u2022\tAll other duties assigned by management<\/p>\n
Requirements:\u3000
\n\u2022\tProficiency with Microsoft (Word and Excel)
\n\u2022\tTime management and multitasking skills
\n\u2022\tPhone contact handling skills and active listening skills.
\n\u2022\tStrong Communication Skills
