Responsibilities of Japanese English Bilingual Administrative Assistant- Global Manufacturer:<\/p>\n
Data entry of inventory, shipping and receiving related information
\nInsure data is accurate, troubleshoot and edit as necessary
\nProcess orders and communicate with production side
\nAssist in general administrative tasks such as; answering phone calls and directing them, documentation filing, meeting room arrangements, and etc.
\nOther duties would be assigned
\nRequirements for Japanese English Bilingual Administrative Assistant- Global Manufacturer:<\/p>\n
At least Business Level Japanese language skill (N2 level in Japanese Language Proficiency Test or above)
\nMust have at least High school degree
\n2-3 years\u2019 experience in an office environment is strongly preferred.
\nExperience with Data Entry is also preferred
\nMust be proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
