A Global IT company is looking for an On-site Help Desk Support at their client site in Manhattan Midtown.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities Include:<\/p>\n
To provide IT Help Desk Support to customer’s 10 offices in US and Canada
\nWindows 10 support & set up
\nSupport users via phone, remote tools and emails
\nTrouble shooting, isolation and escalation to Network department
\nOpen ticket via customer’s system
\nAssist mobile devise set up and technical support
\nActive directory ID administration
\nOther tasks if necessary<\/p>\n
Requirements:<\/p>\n
At least 3 years of IT Help Desk Support experience
\nExperience of Windows 10 support, Active Directory administration, Mobile device management<\/p>\n
