An International Automotive Parts Manufacture is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer with strong dedicated Machining skills in Bowman, SC area<\/p>\n
Responsibilities for Manufacturing Engineer:
\nApply CAD knowledge for design of Machining equipment (CNC, Griding) and tools
\nDevelop and implement new production processes used for Machining (CNC) programming and operating
\nParticipate in Kaizen events as needed for process improvements
\nPerform any maintenance on CNC equipment as needed
\nAssure overall part feasibility for production purposes
\nOther duties as assigned
\nQualifications for Manufacturing Engineer<\/p>\n
Engineering-related degree preferred
\nStrong hands-on Machining (CNC, Griding) programming and operating experience
\nPrior experience with developing or improving processes for Machining (CNC, Griding) equipment
\nMust have knowledge of CAD software
\nGood mechanical abilities, including experience with hand tools.
\nExcellent written and verbal skills.
\nWork well with others and establish a strong team ethic
\nWhile performing the duties of this job you may be required to intermittently sit, stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds, lift in excess of 25 pounds with a lift assist, climb stairs, use hands to handle or feel parts\/equipment, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend at the waist, talk and hear. You may also be required to use close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and peripheral vision<\/p>\n
This position is required to work in a manufacturing environment facility. When in the plant, the worker is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud. Hard hats, steel toe safety shoes, and safety glasses are required in all production areas.<\/p>\n
