A Global Automotive Parts Manufacture Company located in the Cincinnati, OH area is searching for Japanese-English HR Assistant.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities as this Japanese-English HR Assistant:<\/p>\n
Develop and coordinate human resources activities including: employment, compensation, labor relations, benefits, training, and employee services
\nWorks with hiring managements and conduct interviews
\nAdvises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues
\nResponds to any inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs
\nOther duties assigned as necessary
\nRequirements for this HR Assistant :<\/p>\n
MUST be able to speak business level of Japanese and English
\nStrong knowledge and experience of manufacturing processes and procedures is preferred
\nGood Communication skills (Speaking\/Writing\/Reading)
\nProvides necessary management within the HR department
\nConsults legal counsel to ensure policies comply with state law
\nGovernment reporting
\nThis position includes manufacturing and warehousing work environment. While performing the duties of this job you may be required to intermittently sit, stand, walk, lift up to 20 pounds.<\/p>\n
