An international company is looking for an Japanese \/ English Claim Administrative Assistant – in Richmond, VA area. (Full-time, Direct Hire, DOE; $15.00\/hr – $17.00\/hr)<\/p>\n
Japanese \/ English Bilingual Claim Administrative Assistant<\/p>\n
Performs duties necessary to ensure effective operations.
\nPrepares reports and presentations; performs special projects and assignments.
\nPrepares and distributes minutes and maintains separate files for each committee.
\nAnswers telephone with friendly and professional demeanor. Directs callers as appropriate and record messages in an accurate and timely manner.
\nFacilitates effective communications with all departmental directors and their staff.

Japanese \/ English Bilingual Claim Administrative Assistant – Requirements<\/p>\n
High School diploma or Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration or related field
\nJapanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) – N1 level preferred
\nPreferred to be able to read and write Japanese kanji at a fluent level. (Note: our scale for kanji fluency is based on being able to read 75% or more of a standard Japanese newspaper.)
\nFluent in English and Japanese (Speaking, Reading, Writing)
\nMust be comfortable with an office atmosphere
