A Tier 1 automotive supplier located in Novi is seeking an experienced Program Manager.<\/p>\n

Responsibilities Include: <\/strong><\/p>\n

– Develop and launch products on new automotive programs
\n– Working with plastic injection molded parts in the automotive industry
\n– Plan new program launch, create project schedules, and generate team consensus
\n– Understand all customer requirements for the project, communicate these to the team, and make sure the team meets them
\n– Conduct team meetings, generate follow-up documents, manage problems, support overcoming problems
\n– Responsible for timelines, open issues deck, financial reports, executive level presentations, and other duties as assigned
\n– Control all project costs and ensure all costs are assigned to the customer<\/p>\n

Qualifications: <\/strong><\/p>\n

– Bachelor Degree in Engineering or related technical discipline
\n– Must have at least 5 – 10 years of experience in Automotive program management and product development
\n– Prior experience with Honda programs
\n– Plastic injection molding experience required
\n– Excellent communication skills in written\/verbal English
