An international automotive manufacturer in the Southeast Indianapolis region is looking for an Assembly Team Leader responsible supervising stamping associates. <\/p>\n

Responsibilities and Duties<\/p>\n
\u2022\tInstruct and lead associates in assembly operations
\n\u2022\tScheduling and planning work for associates and reporting on their progress
\n\u2022\tEnsure accurate record keeping and adherence to policies and procedures
\n\u2022\tKeep up with maintenance on equipment and ensure everything is running efficiently
\n\u2022\tBe willing to train in first aid and perform if needed \t<\/p>\n
Qualifications and Skills<\/p>\n
\u2022\tHigh school diploma or equivalent required. Associates degree or similar preferred
\n\u2022\tSuperior communication and relationship building skills
\n\u2022\tMinimum 1-2 years of supervisor experience
\n\u2022\tComputer Skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
\n\u2022\tWillingness and eagerness to learn<\/p>\n
This position includes manufacturing and warehousing work environment. While performing the duties of this job you may be required to intermittently sit, stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds, lift in excess of 25 pounds with a lift assist, climb stairs, use hands to handle or feel parts\/equipment, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend at the waist, talk and hear. You may also be required to use close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and peripheral vision.<\/p>\n
