An Automotive Manufacturing company is actively seeking Quality Manager just west of Mansfield, Ohio. <\/p>\n

Responsibilities Include:<\/p>\n
\u2022\tOversee and assist the development of Quality Control team
\n\u2022\tManage quality department including setting and meeting goals
\n\u2022\tTrain and lead team members in an environment the will encourage new ideas and growth
\n\u2022\tEnsure proper safety precautions are being maintained
\n\u2022\tSupervise competition of department plans and provide productive feedback to team members
\n\u2022\tSchedule personnel and ensure employees\u2019 paperwork is processed correctly
\n\u2022\tResolve quality and cost issues efficiently <\/p>\n
Requirements:<\/p>\n
\u2022\tMUST have an Associate\u2019s Degree or equivalent
\n\u2022\tBachelor\u2019s degree in engineering related field preferred
\n\u2022\tMUST have Quality department leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
\n\u2022\tExperience in Automotive Manufacturing preferred
\n\u2022\tPrefer experience with SPC, ISO 9001, or TS 16949<\/p>\n
This position includes manufacturing and warehousing work environment. While performing the duties of this job you may be required to intermittently sit, stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds, lift in excess of 25 pounds with a lift assist, climb stairs, use hands to handle or feel parts\/equipment, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend at the waist, talk and hear. You may also be required to use close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and peripheral vision.<\/p>\n
