Responsibilities of Spanish \/ English Bilingual Call Center Service Representative:
\n-Obtains client information by answering telephone calls; interviewing clients; verifying information.
\n-Determines eligibility by comparing client information to requirements.
\n-Establishes policies by entering client information; confirming pricing.
\n-Informs clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information.
\n-Other duties assigned<\/p>\n
Requirements of Bilingual Call Center Service Representative:
\n-High School Diploma, or related field experience
\n-Business level proficiency in both English and Spanish or Japanese or Portuguese (Speaking, Writing, Reading)
\n-Preferred to be able to read and write Japanese kanji at a fluent level. (Note: our scale for kanji fluency is based on being able to read 75% or more of a standard Japanese newspaper.) **For Japanese English Bilingual Candidates**
\n-Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite ( Word, Excel and PowerPoint )<\/p>\n
