An International production industry located in Greenville, SC is seeking a Japanese \/English Bilingual Administrator.<\/p>\n
Main Responsibility:<\/p>\n
Processing sales leads and assuring leads are directed to the appropriate staff member
\nProcessing sales data, sales progress reports and other sales related records and reports
\nData entry to track the delivery of sales literature, product samples and other necessary services to customers
\nPerforms the duties of international \/ domestic shipping of sales support literature and customer orders
\nAnswer phone calls, conveys messages, and monitors the flow Email
\nConduct general interpreting for staffs including executives meetings, conferences, and at Customers’ locations from English to Japanese and from Japanese to English
\nOther duties as assigned<\/p>\n
The ideal candidate is Preferred to have:<\/p>\n
Proficient in MS Word and Excel
\nExcellent Communication Skills in both English and Japanese (Speak, Read, and Write)
\nTeam and Details Oriented
