A* *Global automotive manufacturing company is looking for a 2nd Shift Production Specialist\/Group Team Leader<\/strong> in Eastern Indiana, IN area.<\/p>\n

Responsibilities:<\/strong>
\n– Organize and guide daily activities of Crew Leaders and Production Technicians
\n– Estimating and negotiating budgets and timescales with the management and clients
\n– Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment
\n– Direct and coordinate activities of assigned production lines
\n– Keep the production line safe by following policies
\n– Eliminate the deterrents from the production line in order to put in place<\/p>\n

Requirements:<\/strong>
\n– Bachelor\u2019s degree is preferred
\n– 2-5 years\u2019 related experience in automotive manufacturing
\n– General knowledge of Production line and safety standards
\n– Ability to perform the requirement individually and also as a team
\n– Able to work overtime as necessary
\n– Experience with Automotive-related Production department<\/p>\n

This position includes manufacturing work environment. While performing the duties of this job you may be required to intermittently sit, stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds, lift in excess of 25 pounds with a lift assist, climb stairs, use hands to handle or feel parts\/equipment, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend at the waist, talk and hear. You may also be required to use close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and peripheral vision.<\/p>\n
