Responsibilities and Duties\u3000
\n\u2022 Motivating team members
\n\u2022\tManage sales process by understanding prospective customers\u2019 needs and educating them about the company\u2019s services.
\n\u2022\tCreate and implement a sales strategy that makes sure you meet personal sales goals, as well as those set-in place by the company.
\n\u2022\tCommunicate with all current and potential customers on a regular basis, providing solutions as needed.
\n\u2022\tCoordinate with other members of the sales team and provide excellent customer service.
\n\u2022\tCommunicate with Japanese companies in Japanese
\nRequirements:\u3000
\n\u2022\tA minimum of 2 years of experience in the manufacturing industry within the sales field
\n\u2022\tFluent both in Japanese and English
\n\u2022\tAbility to effectively listen and communicate both verbally and in writing
\n\u2022\tStrong Communication Skill.<\/p>\n
