An international automotive manufacturer in the Anderson Indiana area is looking for a Controls Engineer responsible improving the production systems in machinery at a manufacturing plant. This position is between Seymour, Indiana and Louisville, KY.<\/p>\n

Responsibilities and Duties<\/p>\n
\u2022\tResearch and develop electrical machinery for a production line
\n\u2022\tMaintain and improve performance of electrical equipment
\n\u2022\tTroubleshoot robotic software
\n\u2022\tImprove performance of robots and machines by programming and\/or updating them
\n\u2022\tMaintain safety by following safety protocols and reporting dangerous equipment to management<\/p>\n
Qualifications and Skills<\/p>\n
\u2022\tBachelor\u2019s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
\n\u2022\tExperience using PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers)
\n\u2022\tKnowledge of Hydraulics, Pneumatics, and Robotics
\n\u2022\t3 years of experience or more in 3-dimensional CAD\/CAM
\n\u2022\tExperience following safety procedures for electrical equipment<\/p>\n
This position includes manufacturing and warehousing work environment. While performing the duties of this job you may be required to intermittently sit, stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds, lift in excess of 25 pounds with a lift assist, climb stairs, use hands to handle or feel parts\/equipment, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend at the waist, talk and hear. You may also be required to use close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and peripheral vision.<\/p>\n
