A Global Automotive manufacturer in Richmond, IN area is looking for an Entry-Mid Level Quality Engineer.<\/p>\n

Here are some of the things you will do:<\/p>\n
Communicate with manufacturing plants and suppliers to follow up on issues and identify countermeasures
\nOrganize sorting at customer site when non-conformance issues occur
\nPerform product quality analysis of customer concerns to determine failure mode and implement corrective actions
\nProvide direction to departments regarding product verification activities
\nProvide problem resolution status and track in online reporting systems
\nSupport quality assurance objectives in alignment with corporate policies and goals
\nHere is what you\u2019ll need:<\/p>\n
Four-year college degree or equivalent in a technical field
\nExperience with engineering test equipment is preferred
\nManagerial, manufacturing, and CAD experience
\nMust have excellent oral and written communication skills
\nThis position includes manufacturing and warehousing work environment. While performing the duties of this job you may be required to intermittently sit, stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds, lift in excess of 25 pounds with a lift assist, climb stairs, use hands to handle or feel parts\/equipment, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend at the waist, talk and hear. You may also be required to use close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and peripheral vision.<\/p>\n
