A manufacturer of cutting edge technology ranging from the automotive industry to the medical field is seeking an on-site Japanese \/ English Bilingual Site Manager in the Phoenix, Arizona area.<\/p>\n

Japanese \/ English Bilingual Site Manager<\/b> Responsibilities:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Manage onsite operations including: start-up, shut-down, preventative and corrective maintenance, and equipment calibration, testing, and troubleshooting<\/li>\n
  2. Lead and mentor service and support technicians<\/li>\n
  3. Confirm and approve invoices and payments to clients and vendors<\/li>\n
  4. Oversee all related operations and maintenance documentation, requirements, and reports<\/li>\n
  5. Coordinate interaction between on-site technicians and Japanese Branch for technical guidance, and etc.<\/li>\n
  6. Coordinate with Planning Manager for areas including, but not limited to budget, client contract, document control, compliance, quality, and etc.<\/li>\n
  7. Develop an understanding of Proton Beam Therapy System<\/li>\n
  8. Other duties as assigned<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n

    Japanese \/ English Bilingual Site Manager<\/strong> Qualifications:<\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Must have the ability to speak in Japanese at a business level<\/li>\n
    2. Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or similar field<\/li>\n
    3. Preferred to have a minimum of 5 years of Manager experience in Quality, Maintenance, Operations, or technical\/systems maintenance<\/li>\n
    4. Preferred to have experience in a Radiation environment<\/li>\n
    5. Preferred to have manufacturing or servicing experience with therapy or diagnostic equipment<\/li>\n
    6. Should have good organizational skills, customer service skills, problem solving skills, and have excellent communication skills<\/li>\n
    7. Should be able to work well in a team<\/li>\n
    8. Is able to work a shift-based schedule with modified hours<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
