An International Manufacturing Company is looking for a Tool & Die Maintenance Supervisor for their facility in Bowling Green, KY (Full-time, Direct, DOE: $75,000.00\/year)<\/strong><\/p>\n

Responsibilities of Tool & Die Maintenance Supervisor: <\/strong><\/p>\n

Ensure safety and environmental compliance, manufacturing excellence, and customer focus for the individual\u2019s team in the Extrusion area.
\nIdentify and correct unsafe conditions and acts. Recognize positive safety performance as well as individual and team contributions to a safer workplace.
\nContinually audit the operation with regards to safety, quality, and housekeeping while working with crews to improve performance in these areas.
\nMonitor key performance indicators throughout board operations and work with crews to ensure optimal production at minimal cost that exceeds our customer\u2019s expectations.
\nResponsible for understanding and enacting the escalation protocol for bleached board issues during their shift.
\nCommunicate with operators to increase employee engagement, facilitate real time problem solving, and document operational and maintenance issues\/needs.
\nCommunicate with other production areas to meet all process requirements, to properly allocate mill resources, and to optimize mill operations.
\nAppraise employee performance and provide feedback as needed.
\nSupport bleached board business strategies.
\nPerforms other duties as assigned<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Requirements of Tool & Die Maintenance Supervisor: <\/strong><\/p>\n

In-depth knowledge of aluminum extrusion machinery operations and set-up (3 yrs experience)
\nDemonstrated organizational and time management skills
\nDemonstrated ability to train and work well with others
\nExcellent communication skills both written and verbal
\nExcellent math skills with proven ability to work with measurements and ratios
\nExcellent computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite and Epics preferred<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

\nThis position is required to work in a manufacturing environment facility. When in the plant, the worker is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
