Requirements of Sales Account Executive – Business Level Proficiency in Japanese:<\/p><\/blockquote>\n Bachelor’s degree in Japanese, Economics, Asian Studies, Business Administration, or other majors. \nVerifies customer and order information for correctness, checking it against previously obtained information and confirming with Sales Department, as necessary.
\nChecks inventory records to determine availability of requested products, reporting to Operations Manager regarding allocations in tight inventory situations.
\nProvides detailed breakdowns of research results, summaries of new findings and recommend options for business solutions to client.
\nPerforms presentations to demonstrate findings for clients and Project Members.
\nDemonstrates continuous effort to improve operations and stay up-to-date with relevant subject matters.
\nPlaces orders to suppliers while ensuring all relevant regulations based on inventory level and turnover of warehouse, product availability of suppliers and procurement lead time, and acquires any information as necessary.
\nCommunicates with suppliers in order to schedule or expedite deliveries and to resolve shortages, missed or late deliveries and other problems.
\nWorks with Operations Manager to monitor customer forecasts and maintain inventory to meet specified requirements.
\nOther duties may be assigned.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
\nExcellent communication skills in both English and Japanese (speaking, writing, listening).
\nJapanese Language Proficiency Test – N2 Level preferred
\nExperience with Data Entry is also preferred\u00b7
\nMust be proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
\nMust be flexible and able to work in a multicultural environment\u00b7
\nMust be able to work responsibly and effectively\u00b7
