An international robotics’ manufacturing company is looking for an Electrical Controls Engineer (Full-Time, Direct, DOE: $95,000.00\/year) in Richmond, KY area.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Responsibilities of Electrical Controls Engineer:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\nEvaluates electrical systems, products, components, and applications by designing and conducting research programs; applying knowledge of electricity and materials.
\nConfirms system’s and components’ capabilities by designing testing methods; testing properties.
\nDevelops electrical products by studying customer requirements; researching and testing manufacturing and assembly methods and materials.
\nDevelops manufacturing processes by designing and modifying equipment for building and assembling electrical components; soliciting observations from operators.
\nAssures product quality by designing electrical testing methods; testing finished products and system capabilities.
\nPrepares product reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
\nProvides engineering information by answering questions and requests.
\nMaintains product and company reputation by complying with federal and state regulations.
\nKeeps equipment operational by following manufacturer’s instructions and established procedures; requesting repair service.
\nMaintains product data base by writing computer programs; entering data.
\nCompletes projects by training and guiding technicians.
\nMaintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
\nContributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Requirements of Electrical Controls Engineer:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Electrical Engineering, or related experience in manufacturing company
\nPLC programming (Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi, TOYO-PUC) skill in troubleshooting for Fanuc, Kawasaki, Welders, and the other robotic systems.
\nExperience in electrical, plumbing, pneumatic, hydraulic systems preferred
\nGeneral tooling knowledge as it pertains to machining of metal
\nGood working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles is required
\nMust have the ability to organize and prioritize work load and meet deadlines.
\nExperience in electrical, plumbing, pneumatic, hydraulic systems preferred
