An international plastic injection molding automotive parts manufacturing company is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor Assistant in Murfreesboro, Tennessee (Full-Time, Direct Hire: 7:30AM – 3:30PM – 1st Shift or 3:30PM – 11:30PM – 2nd Shift)<\/strong><\/p>\n

Responsibilities of Maintenance Supervisor Assistant:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Performs a wide variety of duties to repair, maintain and support production equipment, plant facilities and environmental systems. Works independently from maintenance requests and verbal instructions.
\nInstalls, maintains, troubleshoots and repairs production and any specialized equipment involving:
\nHydraulics
\nPneumatics
\nPower Transmission, Lubrication and Pumps
\nInstrument\/Vision Systems (Repair, Install, and Troubleshoot)
\nPiping and plumbing
\nMechanical Operations
\nMotors, Automation and Robotics (Maintain and Repair)
\nIdentify abnormalities in normal machine operation and take steps to correct the problem.
\nExamines parts, products or processes to verify conformance to operational standards.
\nPartners with outside vendors and suppliers as needed.
\nComply with all State and Federal safety regulations as well as internal programs including but not limited to: Lock out Tag out, Powered Industrial Vehicle Program, fall protection, Confined Space, Hot Work, and Arc Flash and shock protection
\nDiagnoses a wide variety of problems and determines cause, extent, and proper correction of each.
\nMaintain building equipment and grounds including, not limited to; power service and distribution, lighting circuits, plumbing, welding, fabrication, and other repairs as deemed necessary.
\nPerforms mechanical preventative maintenance services.
\nUses specifications, drawings, and schematics to perform corrective and preventative maintenance as specified by the manufacturer.
\nInstalls, services, and repairs various piping systems. Repairs and overhauls valves, pumps, blowers, motors, machine shop, other mechanical equipment, and process control equipment.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Requirements of Maintenance Supervisor Assistant: <\/strong><\/p>\n

Possess a basic understanding of machine manuals, blueprints, and hydraulic and pneumatic schematics;
\nUnderstanding of injection molding machine control calibration requirements and hands-on tasks for actual calibrations;
\nUnderstanding of specific repair techniques for injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment related to the industry;
\nElectricity, wiring, and electronics knowledge;
\nBasic plumbing skills;
\nAbility to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form;
\nAbility to read, analyze, and interpret common technical instructions and blueprints relative to
\nPlastic Injection Molding machinery;
\nExperience with auxiliary equipment, water units, robots\/automation a plus.
\nFive (3) or more years of maintenance experience in plastic injection molding industry; and Experience with large tonnage ( >1000 tons) molding machines, preferably Cincinnati Milacron<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
