An international automation manufacturing company is looking for a Production Supervisor – PLC \/ HVAC Design (Full-Time, Direct, DOE: $65,000\/year) in Lexington, KY area.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Responsibilities of Production Supervisor – PLC \/ HVAC Design:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Completes production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel; accomplishing work results; establishing priorities; monitoring progress; revising schedules; resolving problems; reporting results of the processing flow on shift production summaries.
\nMaintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
\nEnsures operation of equipment by calling for repairs; evaluating new equipment and techniques.
\nProvides manufacturing information by compiling, initiating, sorting, and analyzing production performance records and data; answering questions and responding to requests.
\nCreates and revises systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices, record-keeping systems, forms of control, and budgetary and personnel requirements; implementing change.
\nMaintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources; maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures.
\nMaintains working relationship with the union by following the terms of the collective bargaining agreement.
\nResolves personnel problems by analyzing data; investigating issues; identifying solutions; recommending action.
\nMaintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.

Requirements of Production Supervisor – PLC \/ HVAC Design:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Minimum of High School Diploma (College Degree Preferred but not required)
\n5 years of experience in a Production Supervisor role or similar
\nAble to monitor processes, materials, prepare data time studies and PLCs
\nMust have excellent skills with computer and be a strong communication<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
