An international company is looking for a Japanese \/ English Bilingual Call Center Service Representative in Norfolk, VA. (Full-time Direct, DOE; $18.00\/hr)<\/strong><\/p>\n

Responsibilities of Call Center Service Representative:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\nObtains client information by answering telephone calls; interviewing clients; verifying information.
\nDetermines eligibility by comparing client information to requirements.
\nEstablishes policies by entering client information; confirming pricing.
\nInforms clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information.
\nMaintains communication equipment by reporting problems.
\nMaintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures.
\nUpdates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions; participating in educational opportunities.
\nAccomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
\nOther duties assigned<\/p><\/blockquote>\n


\nRequirements of Call Center Service Representative:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\nHigh School Diploma, or related field experience in corporation
\nBusiness level proficiency in both English and Japanese (Speaking, Writing, Reading)
\nJapanese Language Proficiency Test – N2 Level preferred
\nPreferred to be able to read and write Japanese kanji at a fluent level. (Note: our scale for kanji fluency is based on being able to read 75% or more of a standard Japanese newspaper.)
\nProficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite ( Word, Excel and PowerPoint )
\nCommunication skills
\nManufacturing \/ Technical translating experience or other related filed experience preferred<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
