\nGlobal automotive parts manufacturers in the Novi, MI area, are seeking a Maintenance Technician for their manufacturing team
\nResponsibilities include:<\/p>\n
\u2022\tDiagnoses malfunctioning machinery using computer-based techniques.
\n\u2022\tMakes changes to PLC programs. Writes simple programs.
\n\u2022\tMaintains PLC & CNC backup library for all equipment operational programs.
\n\u2022\tInstalls, programs, and diagnoses microprocessor controllers and systems.
\n\u2022\tInstalls, maintains, and repairs power supply wiring, conduit, and substation equipment for production machines.
\n\u2022\tDiagnoses and repairs or replaces faulty electrical equipment such as transformers, motors, and circuit boards.
\n\u2022\tDiagnoses and replaces faulty mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components of machines and equipment.
\n\u2022\tElectrical and mechanical maintenance on industrial manufacturing equipment<\/p>\n
\u2022 At least 3 years\u2019 experience in maintenance in a manufacturing environment. Automated or Automotive equipment experience preferred.
\n\u2022 Knowledge of Electronic Parts \/ Mechanical systems.
\n\u2022 Able to communicate fluently in both written and verbal English
\n\u2022 Able to lift up to 30 lbs
\n\u2022 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment<\/p>\n
