\nAn International Trading Company located in the Columbus, OH area is looking for a Japanese\/English Bilingual Administrative Assistant.
\nResponsibilities Include:<\/p>\n
\u2022\tProcess sales orders and data entry
\n\u2022\tMaintain workflow by studying methods, implementing cost reductions, and developing procedures
\n\u2022\tResolve administrative problems by analyzing data and identifying solutions.
\n\u2022\tCommunicate with customers daily basis
\n\u2022\tHandle Import\/Export documents
\n\u2022\tOther Duties as assigned by Supervisor or Management.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\u2022\tMust have at least an Associate\u2019s Degree or Professional Certification. Business backgrounds preferred.
\n\u2022\tMust have computer proficiency with Microsoft Excel as well as Microsoft Office.
\n\u2022\tPrevious experience with: Customer Service, Inside Sales, Customer Relations, Inventory Control, or Purchasing.
\n\u2022\tAble to communicate fluently in both written and verbal English and Japanese daily.
\n\u2022\tThis position will not support visa sponsorships.
\n\u2022\tThis position will not support relocation costs.
