Responsibilities of International Recruiter:<\/p>\n
*Acts as a liaison between clients and candidates.<\/p>\n
*consulting professional placements for business clients.<\/p>\n
*Conducts candidate screening.<\/p>\n
*Research job market and screen candidates.<\/p>\n
*Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.<\/p>\n
*Negotiate with clients and candidates for position specifications.<\/p>\n
Requirements of International Recruiter:<\/p>\n
*Bachelor’s Degree (Major in Business, Psychology, Communication, and Sociology is Preferable).<\/p>\n
*Excellent Communication Skills (Speak, Read, and Write).<\/p>\n
*Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.<\/p>\n
*Accurate, Punctual, Details Oriented, Excellent Interpersonal Skills.<\/p>\n
Helpful:<\/p>\n
*Japanese language skill is a big plus.<\/p>\n
