An international manufacturer in the Wilmington area needs Human Resource Manager to join their staff by helping with leading their HR team.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities:
\n– Develop reasonable\/competitive compensation plans for new hires\/promotions
\n– Meet with company legal representatives to ensure that all federal and state guidelines are followed
\n– Supervise HR support team
\n– Create and maintain records for benefits
\n– Assist with training management in HR issues that arise
\n– Answer all questions for employees regarding benefits programs
\n– Prepare budget for HR purposes
\n– Prepare termination paperwork
\n– Serve as point of contact for outside placement\/temporaryplacement agencies
\n– Complete other duties that may be assigned<\/p>\n
Requirements:
\n– Must have minimum of a Bachelor\u2019s Degree
\n– More than 5 years of experience as HR Generalist
\n– Experience in creating benefit packages is huge plus
\n– Experience in a manufacturing\/industrial environment is highly preferred
\n– Must have excellent communication skills
\n– Strong computer skills are needed, including Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook
