A leading manufacturing company is now looking for a Bilingual (Japanese\/English) Executive Assistant <\/p>\n

Position: Bilingual (Japanese\/English) Executive Assistant <\/strong><\/p>\n

Location: Lincoln, NE<\/p>\n

Responsibility:<\/strong>
\n – Works closely and effectively with the President to keep him well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately
\n – Frequently attend meetings and appointments on behalf of the President, in and out of the company
\n – Acts as personal secretary to the President during meetings and appointments; frequently attends and writes meeting minutes, drafts letters, personal correspondence, and other tasks that facilitate the President\u2019s ability to effectively lead the company
\n – Performs other work related duties as assigned by the President<\/p>\n

Requirements:<\/strong>
\n – Bilingual in English and Japanese
