A leading global company is now looking for a Bilingual (Japanese\/English) Customer Service.<\/p>\n

Position: Bilingual (Japanese\/English) Costumer Service<\/strong><\/p>\n

Location: Downtown Los Angeles <\/p>\n

Responsibility:<\/strong>
\n – Take phone calls from Japanese customers to support over the phone
\n – Give concierge service to Japanese customers over the phone
\n – Make documents to headquarters in Japan
\n – Other duties as required<\/p>\n

Requirements:<\/strong>
\n – Must be able to speak Business Japanese
\n – Must be able to type
\n – Must be comfortable to work any shift <\/p>\n
