\nWe are searching for a Bilingual(Japanese\/English) Travel Agent for a Travel Agent in Livonia, MI area.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities:
\n– Arranging flights and accommodation
\n– Maintain high quality of all area of customer services
\n– Advising clients on travel arrangements
\n– Plan work tasks (Schedule, deadlines, compliance, customer services etc.)
\n– Perform other duties as assigned
\nRequirements :
\n– Must have strong communication skills
\n– Must have computer skills (Microsoft words, excel)
\n– Japanese \/English proficiency is required
\n– Accounting background is a plus
\n– Must be flexible and be able to work under a multicultural environment
