A global travel agency in the Chicago, IL area is seeking a qualified Bilingual (Japanese and English) Travel Agent for their growing business
\nResponsibilities\/Duties:
\n– Arranging and booking transportation and lodging for clients\u2019 travels
\n– Provide exceptional customer service and accessibility for clients
\n– Liaise with travel partners, including airlines and hotels
\n– Collect and process payments for services
\n– Other duties as assigned by managers
\nRequirements:
\n– High school diploma or equivalent
\n– Strong communication skills; previous customer service\/client-facing experience is a plus
\n– Fluency in Japanese (written and verbal)
\n– Good customer service and organizational skills<\/p>\n
